Louise Sexton has made it her goal to provide thorough, effective, compassionate care to each of her clients since she began her massage therapy career in 2001, and her goals remain the same since adding acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to her practice in 2019. Louise draws on her many hours of clinical training in Chinese medicine to create a customized acupuncture experience that may include adjuncts such as cupping, guasha, Tuina, E-stim and Chinese herbal medicine. Her personal style of bodywork is a blend of techniques from neuromuscular/sports/orthopedic and Swedish/deep tissue massage. She also offers prenatal/postpartum massage. She integrates acupuncture and massage techniques to customize each session based on how you and your body are responding to the work and what is most effective for your goals.

Through her studies of human anatomy and her spiritual journey as an acupuncturist, massage therapist and teacher, Louise remains humbled by the human body's fascinating form, function and ability to adapt and heal itself. No two clients are alike and each one teaches her something new.

Cultivating our body awareness is a step toward improved health and well being. A healthy balance of nurturing touch and skilled treatment work can be the key to gaining such awareness and a way of releasing the "dis-ease" that possesses our bodies, minds or spirit.
